Greetings and Salutations!

As you face this beautiful Sunday morning (or whenever you are reading this post), know that it is indeed beautiful. Whether it is raining or you have sunshine, mild temperatures or extreme ones, it is still a beautiful day. Why? Because you are here to experience it and with every new morning there is a new mercy and another chance to get it right.

As you enjoy your day I want to share with you an entry from my favorite devotional (dailyword.com). When I read it earlier this week, I thought of you. Breathe it in, feel it, know it and love it...this thing called life. Many others aren't here to see it, so celebrate it! Happy Sunday (or Monday, or Tuesday, or Wednesday.....)! ~Ray

Honesty
I FACE LIFE HONESTLY, AND I AM FREE

At times we may feel afraid to be our authentic selves, to expose our real thoughts and feelings for fear of rejection. We may even approach prayer with this same fear. But if we hide our real thoughts, beliefs, and longings, we separate ourselves from God and from others.
We needn’t fear being who we truly are. The self that we try to hide and keep in the background is a worthy and wonderful expression of God.

When we approach prayer with trust and honesty, we find release and peace. Light shines into the dark corners of our mind and heart. Our honest prayer for guidance never goes unanswered. Our honest prayer for understanding is heard. Our honest prayer for Truth sets us free.
The truth will make you free.—John 8:32
